Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it — no questions asked, no login required.

⚠️ Before You Submit — Read This

Incomplete requests cannot be processed. To avoid delays or rejection, your message must include all of the following:

  • ✅ Your full name
  • ✅ Your order number (e.g. #1234) — found in your confirmation email
  • ✅ The exact product(s) you want to return — missing this = request failed
  • ✅ The date you received your order
  • ✅ Your email address used to place the order

A reason is not required, but you're welcome to include one.

How to Submit

Use the contact form below. In the Message field, include all the details listed above. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email within 1 business day.

Withdrawal deadline: Your request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your goods. Late requests cannot be accepted.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed hygiene or safety products that have been opened after delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details.
