How long does order processing take?

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

During peak seasons, holidays, or high-order-volume periods, processing times may be extended. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

How long does shipping take after dispatch?

Estimated delivery times after shipment are:

  • USA, UK, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Poland: approximately 7–10 business days (larger/heavier shipments require additional time)
  • Other international destinations: approximately 7–15 business days

Total estimated delivery time is generally 8–20 business days, including processing and shipping.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on most orders.

Additional shipping fees may apply for certain products, shipping methods, or destinations and will be shown at checkout.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders are shipped from multiple fulfillment centers worldwide depending on product availability and destination. Majority of shipments will be from USA unless we need to pull from additional stock. We work with trusted international carriers and local delivery partners.

When will I receive my tracking number?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking updates typically become active within 24–72 hours after dispatch.

I did not receive tracking information. What should I do?

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, contact us at toylandeu@gmail.com. Include your name and order# in subject line.

Will I have to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees?

You will not have to pay customs duties, taxes or import fees.

What kinds of shipping delays can happen?

Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs inspections, postal carrier delays or backlogs, weather conditions, holidays, peak shopping periods, trade regulations, tariffs, or border restrictions or war.

What is your return window?

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of confirmed delivery for USA/CA Customers and 15 days for Customers based in the European Union.

Which items qualify for a return?

We accept returns only for items that are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect, including wrong item received or wrong size
What do I need to submit a return request?

To request a return, contact support@toylandeu.com with:

  • Your order number
  • 2 Clear photos of evidence of the issue

Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and not processed.

What items do not qualify for returns or refunds?

We do not accept returns or refunds for no-fault situations such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Failure to read product details or policies
  • Shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors
  • Refused, missed, or abandoned deliveries
How are approved returns, claims, or cancellations resolved?

All approved returns, cancellations, or claims are issued as store credit only.

  • Store credit is non-expiring
  • No cash, card, or original payment refunds will be issued
Who pays for return shipping if my claim is approved?

If your claim is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

Items must be returned exactly as instructed. Failure to follow return instructions may result in denial of credit.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be canceled before staging, dispatch or shipment.

No-fault cancellations may be subject to a $15 restocking fee, issued as store credit only.

Do shipping delays qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks?

No. Delivery timelines are estimates and delays do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.
