1. What currency are the prices on the site displayed in?

All prices are converted to your local currency.

2. In which currency are final sales settled?

Final sales are settled in USD.

3. When will my order ship after I've placed it?

We aim to ship items as quickly as possible. On average, delivery time to USA/UK/CA/FR/DE/IT/PO is approximately 10 days. Smaller markets are averaging 10 to 15 days. Tracking numbers will be auto updated within seconds after your order has been shipped. If you don't receive a tracking number within 5 business days, please email us at toylandeu@gmail.com

4. Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied or if there's an issue?

5. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn't shipped. If the item has already been sent, please see our return/cancellation policy here: https://toylandeu.com/policies/refund-policy

6. What should I do if I entered an incorrect address?

If you've misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email to confirm the correct address. If you realize the address is wrong, kindly notify us via within 24 hours. We can change the address to the correct one within this timeframe. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.

7. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary since we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Normal average is about 10 days to 15 days. (updated due to Customs and USPS backlogs due to Tariff situations). But shipping is dependent solely upon US Customs efficiency and USPS efficiency.
